Canon-McMillan High School Varsity Girls' Lacrosse started as a Club Sport in 2014.  In 2016 Canon-McMillan Girls' Lacrosse gained entry to WPIAL Class AAA, Section 1 and was awarded funding by the Canon-McMillan School District.

The 20223 season has 33 Varsity and JV players.  The teams are coached by Danielle Lipscak, Tiffanni Phenneger and Kristen Torpey.
